Bulk REO property aquisition is a complicated and often a frustrating process.

 As facilitators we must overcome a multitude of problems. Government rule changes restrict sellers’ abilities and even alter seller attitudes. Identifying bona-fide sellers is a lengthy and difficult task.

 The market place abounds with inventory shoppers and re-sellers. As facilitators for buyers, the LaMonica Group interviews all perspective sellers with the goal of obtaining product appropriate for our buyers. Once a direct seller has been identified, we ascertain whether this seller can meet the needs of our buyers.

Sellers must be able to provide properties according to our buyers needs in terms of price, desired area, condition and type.

 Further, the seller must allow for reasonable due-diligence, must have an equitable policy for price adjustments, a policy for refusal/replacement of unacceptable properties and present a secure procedure for transfer of funds and titles.
